Which ASCII characters are you referring to? Are you referring to DBCS
(double-byte) characters?
Also, if you have any difficulty creating Evernote links using Mike's hint,
write back and say so and someone will give you step-by-step instructions.

Thanks for mlo ! When I use this software, I am considering two issues:
1. When I use the function 「insert link to a file 」, it seems ASCII
characters are not supported, folder nor filename.
2. I have a habit to write diaries and notes in softwares like evernote, is
it possible to open a note with the internal link produced by evernote.
