Hi John I'm afraid it is not possible out of the box.
You can achieve that with contexts. You can set a hotkey to contexts to assign them quickly. Also you can use autoformating to set an icon for those tasks. As to flags. There is an workaround but you'll have to use autohotkey app. You can create a script which will assign both the evening flag and the evening context at the same time.
