As an alternative to KeePass, I use HanDBase (from DDH software) - It's the 
only relational database app available on iOS and it has versions available 
for Android and Windows. You can use it to set up an encrypted database to 
store your passwords and other sensitive data, while having the flexibility 
to set up any other custom databases you want, with links and lookup lists 
between databases and custom forms for data entry and display.  I've been 
using it since the days I owned a Palm M500 and use it for tracking all 
sorts of stuff.
