I'm wondering if anybody here has a solid outlook + MLO workflow, and would care to share it.
I'm currently using a vbs script that I've been given, which creates a To-Do item (not a task). The beauty of this script is that when you click the red flag on a newer email of a certain conversation, it will update the to-do item with that newest item, so you always get the most current email, ready to be actionated. And this is simply marvelous. I'm now trying to consistently replicate all those objects into MLO. Ideally, I would love to see those items in MLO and manage them there.
