Hi, Jody. I'm not totally clear what your issue is but I am willing to take a guess. You mentioned text:348 and or context:@348. It's very important to be clear in building filters which you really mean, "and" versus "or". I *think* that you really want "or" - in other words, a task with just text:348 would be included in the list, a task with just context:@348 would be included in the list, and a task with both would be included in the list. If that is what you wanted, but you coded it as "and" then you will only get tasks that satisfy both criteria, and any that satisfy one or the other would be left out. Do you think this could be what's happening?

If this is really the problem, the best way I know to address it would be to start with the Active Actions view and make the following changes: 1. Do you want to see all actions including completed, or just the active ones? For "All" change the Action filter (at the top of the View Properties panel on the Left) to "All"

2. Find the section in the View Properties called Text. Type "348" into the text filter, which is the box right under the "test" header. Click on the dropdown that's right under the text filter. It might say "Title,Notes" or something like that. Make sure that all three choices (title, notes, contexts) are turned on.

3. You have probably been using the Context section to specify context @348 - that's a mistake because it will cause any task with text:348 but not context:348 to be dropped. So make sure that the context section does not have any selections set.

That's it, I hope this gives you the view you wanted.

My filters and searches seem to not be functioning properly.
I wanted all tasks related to text:348 context:@348
Those having no 348, but 206 are populated.
I am trying to print a LIST of tasks all relating to 348 and or @348 ONLY

Also, I cannot seem to figure out how to save the searches populated in
the upper search list. Perhaps I want to do several and blend them into
one creating a list. Cant get my head around this. Help?

It would be nice to have a remote session to get some things ironed out :-)
Would pay for a virtual assistant, I NEED one anyway!! Office 365, SEO, etc
