Glad to help. I have made a request to deprecate the advanced filter "active action" and replace it with two new filters: IsOrWillBeActive which would have the save function as the current filter, only with a less misleading name, and also IsNowActive which would match the coding I gave you (active and((no start date) or (start date in the past))). No response yet but what the heck, it has only been a few years :-) -d
