I don't use context, as that would leave me with a very long list of
contexts. Instead, I use the a context called ?Waiting For and I use the
person's name in my note, with a hashtag. Well, actually I use a query tag,
(eg: ?Stephane English). Now it's easy to search my list or filter it for
all actions with the word ?Stephane in it. When I'm talking to someone, I
filter my list for ?<their name> and I can quickly see what other topics I
should be checking up with them. I find it a quick and powerful way to
keep on top of actions for which I'm expecting something from someone else.

Hope that helps.
