It looks correct. In other words, the following rule is applied to the 
tasks with start/due date in future: the closer the start/due date to the 
date selected for filtering, the higher importance it has. And for the 
tasks with start/due date in past: the farther from the the start/due date 
to the date selected for filtering, the higher importance it has.
