Hello Alexey, I don’t have that problem. Ctrl-Shift-left works fine for selecting text in other applications. It sounds like you might have that key combination set up for invoking the rapid task entry window. Do you know that you can change the key combination for rapid task entry? It’s under Tools-Options in the Windows menu.
