Are you referring to the Rapid Task Entry widget in Android? As far as I'm aware, it doesn't parse the dates during task entry like Todoist does.
In Todoist, I'm able to to type "Check email every day 2pm" and it will convert it to "Check email today 2pm" with an icon indicating it's recurring. Let me be clear though - this is during task entry, not after. I'm not talking about opening up the task again to enter the date and then doing this. In Todoist, you can enter date, time and recurrence DURING task entry which means there are far less clicks in order to enter a task and time. I'm trying to do this with the beta now and it's not working in MLO's inbox or in the Rapid Task Entry widget. When I do, I get exactly what I typed back in the task with no date, time or recurrence.
