Should also mention that if you want to synch multiple different
profiles through cloud synch without merging them you can create
multiple cloud files and give each different set of profile contents its
own cloud file. There is a limit on the number of cloud files per
account. I'm not sure, but it might be ten.
It is tempting to use this for privacy: I might have a work profile
shared with my team members and a personal file that's not shared. While
this does provide some degree of privacy it doe not provide security as
anyone with access to synch with your work file who takes the time to
explore MLO will be able to discover your other cloud files and obtain a
local copy of your personal file. So if you want to synch a subset of
your tasks in a way that's both private and secure you need to open a
second cloud account for your shared content.

You can connect as many local .ml files to the same Cloud file as you
wish. If your tasks are already stored on the Cloud and you wish to work
on them in a new local file, please create a new empty file on PC and
connect it to this Cloud file. The file will be filled with your tasks.
Do not connect non-empty local file to the non-empty Cloud file, since
it will merge the tasks from different files into one Cloud file and may
cause confusion.
