Yes, now that I have a larger screen leaving F3 open could work very well for moving tasks. Good idea. Yes, icons on the Tabs is also a good idea. But I still don't quite get your workflow. OK I get the idea of having one "All Tasks" tab and one Tab into which you can load any of the Views you are using (be they Views that you have saved or Views that came with MLO). - Which views and how many of them you needing during a typical day? - And how do you get there? - In the left-hand column do you leave the names of the Views visible, or do you have the Filter pane visible? - If you just leave the names of views visible, how then do you change which Context-tags you are focusing on? - In fact, how many different Context-tags are you using? i.e. When changing what you are focusing on are you achieving they by changing View or by directly changing it using the Filter pane?
