Hi Richard, A reminder is always based on time you set up and there is no possibility to remind with a delay. However, there is a workaround. For example, in MLO 5 it's possible to enable counters for the tab to see the amount of uncompleted tasks. That amount will change after a given period of time once the task becomes active. So, counters can be used as kind reminders.
