set recurrence pattern to hourly, set drop down box from hour to 1 minute.
select end after 15 occurrences.  Tick the use time checkbox

stand up and stretch and wait a minute after marking task as complete or
just know that one minute later it will be back as a live task.

It does not use the minute starting when the minute changes.  It uses 60
seconds from when you click complete
