There's a description on the MLO website that should answer your
question. Quick answer: One license = up to 5 desktop installs for a single
user. Multiple users would require multiple licenses.

Mobile devices are separate licenses per platform. I have an Android
license, an iOS license, and a Desktop license to cover all my needs.
