Really sorry that you faced such an issue. Please send the log files to 
[email protected], we will take a look:

PC: Tools- >Options- >Troubleshooting- >Export Logs- >Send a received 
archive to MLO support. 
MLO Android: Settings-Troubleshooting-Send logs.

To prevent such issues please set up advanced backup

It allows to have the last N copies of your local data file.
