This happens to me too but with contexts most times. My workarond is: 1-Edit / Rename context ( or flag in your case) 2-Do NOT sync right away 3- Export all views from MLO ( or at least all views that involve that specific context) and reimport then in the Android version 4-Now you can sync. If I don't do this duplicates will popup everywhere.
