Sorry, I don't believe that there's a web version coming any time soon. The file format is in xml. I was hoping that one day there would be a volunteer who could set up an xls template for exporting outlines to MS Office or other viewing / sharing / printing options. Some kind of xml editor or API for block edits to files would also be pretty useful.
