The default hot keys are listed in the MLO user guide available from the website at https://www.mylifeorganized.net/support.shtml#windows
If you have customized any of the hotkeys the amended list is found within the app at Tools/Options/General Applications Options/Hotkeys. This list is in a scrolling window so you would need to use a screen capture tool like SnagIt or FastStone Capture to capture the full list via autoscroll since normal text selection methods don't work.
