I've also noted this on 2 Windows 10 machines. One is a desktop PC running BitDefender 2019, the other a laptop with a corporate WebRoot install. Much more frequent on the laptop.
Not easily reproducible (read: I haven't figured out the steps yet!). I have noticed that this only happens when MLO is maximized. I'll keep a look out if it happens again.
