Hi Sri, I do not use attachments, rather I use the "link to file" feature you can add in the notes section of a task.
This is more helpful to me than an attachment, especially if the attachment is a file that is changing (such as an Excel file that I'm working on). To use the link, right click in the notes and select "link to file". Good luck!
