Hello Jakob, What is the size of your MLO data file (*.ml)? Some people reported that they added many hi res icons to MLO and data file is very big as a result. It takes time to save big files to the disk. Besides if you use network drive or slow drive to store *.ml file it may affect the performance. So in this case deleting unused icons from MLO will help to reduce the data file and there should not be any lags anymore.
