Has there been any progress on this feature request... This is one enhancement that will really make me upgrade to version 5 . Doesn't mean that the other additions and enhancements are not worth the upgrade but the "inherit parent date" thing is a massive pain. Every time I make a task, I have to go and uncheck the box. Not fun.
