My tuppence worth... I don't use Google Calendar. I use Outlook Calendar, which syncs to my phone nicely with Deja Office (this syncs my Outlook Contacts too).
My Calendar is used for appointments, meetings and events that happen at specific times, to make sure I don't double book unwittingly. I manually duplicate the calendar items in MLO, so when I process my daily Starred View I can see how to fit in my other tasks around the appointments Yes it takes a wee bit longer, but less stressful than looking for an elusive and /or precarious technical solution Wol - sent from my phone, please excuse brevity - - please mail me at [email protected] - Sent from BlueMail -------- Original Message -------- From: Joel <[email protected]> Sent: Wed Mar 06 01:36:09 GMT 2019 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [MLO] Re: Anyone here using the Google Calendar sync with MLO 5? Dan, I try to use my calendar for "must do" items only but I keep reverting back to adding things that don't necessarily have to be done at that time. I've come to realize that's where my problem lies - scheduling stuff that doesn't have to be scheduled.
