Hi, I'm sure MLO team will take your request in consideration but in the meantime there might be a different way to achieve your goal. Maybe you cannot automate the flags but you have control over the Icon and these icons can also include flag icons. In : Option (Gear icon top right) / Automatic formatting / Automatic formatting rules.
