Please check if your hotkey is present in the registry after you quit MLO: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\myLifeOrganized.net\MyLife\Settings\HotKeys
If it is there, start and quit MLO, then check the hotkey in the registry again. Maybe something resets your settings. Also, please specify how you assign a hotkey (step by step). Is there another app active at the same time which may have the same hotkey combination?
