I don't think it will update automatically. I'm a beta tester, so I've saved the link so I can download the zip file each time there's an update to the beta. I expect that you'll have to use the same process for the formally released version, every time there's an update to that notified: Download the zip file and then unzip the mlo.exe file and save it over the old version.
