Hi, i'm Tony but I am writing from Italy. What about a happy user with any suggestions? :-) I have been looking for a tool for managing my duties for years. I used Toodledo with satisfaction but I always needed more. Now I am enjoing a lot MLO, but I would like to have something more about reporting of what I have done, especially toward my long-term objectives. Now I have a long outline that start with my Purposes (lev. 1) and end with the single tasks, passing by Vision (lev.2), Roles (lev. 3) Goals (lev. 4), Projects (lev. 5) e finally Tasks (lev. 6). It's not always easy to put all the things in this sequence. :-) The problem is that often is too difficult and time expensive to insert the task at the right place, specially for tasks that are extemporaneous or already done in the while. Surely it would be easier to start with something like Roles at first level, but how would I measure the achievement of longterm to lifelong goals? Toodledo had a tool of Goals Achievement different from the hierarchy (that Toodledo doesn't have) in terms of "chain". Something like this it would be nice. It would also be great if the hierarchy could be read from different points of view such like Control (bottom-up) and Perspective (upside-down). Sorry if these suggestions could be utopian, but I am a Controller and I think that "What can't be measured can't be improved"... I hope I didn't go out of topic and that this didn't seem like a criticism. Thank you for your great work and for having given us this great tool!
