Yes I was syncing recently with trial, so perhaps you could give some specific detail about the IP address of the two trying to sync. I found it has to be both on the same network LAN which means if one IP is 192.168.0.7 the other could be 192.168.0.10 That is assuming netmask is Ok also, for example both of mine are 255.255.255.0
