Sounds like you would have to do it the way it has usually been done in other software: Convince the other outliner organization to make a utility that finds data from MLO Android and imports in appropriately. Unfortunately they probably won't do it because they won't think the work would pay off in this case.
It would be good if we could find people experimenting with ways to extract the data from Android.
