Yes, the Cloud Sync service was down for a few hours this night (10pm - 
2:30am UTC, September 5-6). It has now been restored. We are working to 
understand the root cause of the issue. 

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and 
understanding in this matter.
