Thank you for reporting the bug. We're looking into it. 
Please confirm the following:

- After clicking "Yes", you got a blank window.
- After closing this window and going again to 
Synchronization->Configuration->Google Calendar it allowed you to connect. 
So, it finally worked, correct?
