Hi Asaf This is called 'processing your In-box'! It's good to see new tasks in one place, the in-box, where they can be given contexts , due dates, etc, before being moved to the relevant folders in the Outline

The new tasks are added under Inbox folder. So every time after doing so ,I need to go to the newly created task and move it to the correct folder.
