In the IOS app: Create a view and group the items by context. Go to the group under the context you are interested in and select one of the items. At the bottom of the screen click on the square with a plus sign. Type in the new item and hit enter. The new item will have that context.
Another way would be to create new items in the inbox or the Today view.
