Hi Nigel, A separate calendar is created within Google Calendar so you can see dated MLO tasks in Google Calendar itself. It means you can see your appointments and MLO tasks within Google. You can filter what tasks sync to Google CAlendar; this might explain the differences between Google and the MLO day view; the latter contains all tasks due today
