It doesn't look like there's an easy way. The manual and help files don't mention any way of exporting or archiving a list from TickTick.com. It looks like it's one of those apps which holds your data hostage in a proprietary format / site. Your best bet might be to print to pdf and then copy the text and paste it into MLO.
