I don't have Android, but I assume that the process is similar to the iOS
version, which does it this way:

   1. *On your phone version of MLO*, slide the outline right to open up
   the list of views
   2. Tap "Edit" (bottom-left of the screen)
   3. Tap "Multiselect" (top-right of the screen)
   4. Select your view and then tap "Export" (bottom of the screen)
   5. The view is exported as a .mfv file
   6. Transfer the file to your Windows PC.
   7. *In the Windows desktop version of MLO*, select Alt-F1 to open the
filters and views pane, if it's not already visible
   8. Make sure you have the list of views visible, rather than the filter
detail (which opens up from the bottom of the pane)
   9. Click on the settings cogwheel in the Views heading line, then select
   "Import view(s)..."
   10. Browse for your .mfv file and import it
   11. The custom view from your mobile version should now be available to
   use in your desktop version

I hope they've been consistent and the Android version exports in the same
way...

Regards,
Stéphane
