It's my belief that you can create new inboxes with other names anytime you
want but that you cannot get rid of THE inbox named <inbox>

"Inbox"? I tried renaming it, of course, but when I do that the "Inbox
view" stops working and the "<Inbox>" is recreated when I restart MLO.
