Hi Andrei,

Thanks for your help. I tried what you suggested. Unfortunately, the view I 
created does not show up in the drop down "Remove tasks not visible from 
MLO To-Do View." How do I get a view to show in the dropdown? Plenty of 
views appear in the dropdown, but not the view I created.
