There are definitely more than two of them. Andrey hired people specifically to develop the Android and iOS versions. I guess that developing a Mac version might involve another key hire, so Andrey needs to work out whether there will be enough demand to be able to recover his employee costs. That might be a difficult call, when Mac (as on other platforms) is already saturated with tools like OmniFocus and Things3. I think that there are other benefits to producing a Mac version - for example, the Apple Store might be more likely to spotlight and promote the iOS version of MLO if it's part of an integrated suite across all their computing products.
