We can confirm that activation code for MLO 3 Pro should start with 
*10:*
Maybe you purchased MLO 3 Pro through Google Play? In that case in the MLO 
app go to Settings->Registration and click "Restore Purchases". Please make 
sure you are using the same Google ID. 

If you purchased MLO 3 Pro on our site, please double-check the email 
address you used. The activation code was sent to it.
