No. This would not be an accurate representation of reality. The
project finished (for whatever reason) with those tasks not done.

Interesting! Not how I'd do it, but there ya go. :D

I would prefer if I mark a project as "complete," that it is no longer
"In Progress." That seems reasonable and logical to me.
