Correction - *You *don't need the graph! :-) I actually find the graph 
quite useful, to help me judge quickly whether I have a particularly 
overloaded day in the next week.

I'd find the Today view much more useful, though, if it added up the Max 
time for my tasks and the durations of my appointments. I could also do 
with being able to set a default Max time for new tasks, so I didn't have 
to edit the times individually.
