Yes leave "Complete subtasks in order" UNCHECKED. Then use the Dependencies farther down that pane. Add the task that has to be completed before this one becomes active. It gives a lot more flexibility. For Example Task A and B are both active so have no dependencies. Task C will be active when both A and B are done so it has the Dependencies of Task A and B OR Task C is active when Task A is complete thus only has Task A as a dependency. Susannah
