I import the vcal into Google Calendar in my MLO Calendar.

After synchronisation I move the item to my folder Appointments.

In the beginning i didn;t like the combination MLO and Google Calendar. But 
now I like it very much.

My basic tool is MLO 5 and Google Calender as second and actually only to 
have a visual overview of my time bloks.
Works great for me
