Hi, Kevin. Let's start with the second message. This is a crash, something is seriously wrong. The people at MLO would like to fix is, so they are asking for your help. The message shows you how to create a snapshot of all of the troubleshooting logs and shows you what email address you should mail them to. When they say "together with the steps" they are saying that you should tell them what you did, step by step, that resulted in the crash. Also, they are giving you the file address of a file containing an exception trace, which would be additional troubleshooting information. If you would collect this information that they are asking you for, and if you would mail it in to the address they peovided, they will be able to analyze the crash and maybe fix it or maybe tell you what you are doing wrong and how to correct it. If you do not understand these instructions, or if there is an issue or problem that keeps you from doing what they ask, please come back here and describe the problem or issue and maybe someone will be able to help.
The first message is telling us that MLO tried to send a test message using the email information you provided, and that MLO's connection to the email system closed. The first step towards understanding this error would be to look at the information that you filled out in the email account page in MLO. The pictures you sent do not show the information because the error message is covering the form. Could you write back, provide a picture of the form showing all of the fields you filled out, and also attach again the picture of error message 1?
