Hello Patricio..
MLO comes with a number of preconfigured filter settings (aka "Views"), but
the problem is that everyone has a different way of organising their tasks,
so the strength of MLO is that it is flexible - It has lots of task
"Properties" and lots of filter options so you can set it up to organise
your tasks in whatever way you want. Once you've set up a filter (along
with grouping, sorting and zoom) to view the tasks you're interested in,
you can save it as a custom View and share it between your Windows desktop,
Android and iOS devices. You then have that custom View (with it's own
icon, if you like) available at a single click. You can also assign your
frequently-used views to a Workspace (Workspace tabs are shown just under
the menu in the Windows desktop version), so they're available via a single
click on that tab (or by typing Ctrl+PgUp or Ctrl+PgDown hotkeys).

The Views can be shown in the left-hand pane (the visibility of which can
be toggled by typing Alt+F1), shared with the Filter criteria. If you can
only see the Filter criteria in the left-hand pane, click on the "vFilter"
header to drop it to the bottom and expose your list of saved, named Views.
Configure an existing or new View by right clicking on a view in the list.

Regarding the specific examples you've given:

   1. None of the preconfigured Views uses an Importance filter, so you'd
have to set up a custom view to do that.
   2. There are preconfigured Views for sorting actions by due date, also
for filtering so you only see actions due in the next 7 days (for example).

All the best,
Stéphane
