I've never used the hotkey feature in contexts. I believe what I'm describing and used formerly was a standard windows feature where a menu item has a letter underlined and if you hit the underlined letter on the keyboard the item is selected. The underlined letter could be set by including &[Letter] in the name of the context. MLO now seems to ignore the &[Letter] in the context and is choosing to underline a random letter.
