Hello Stuart,

Have you tried "parsing" your inputs? There's some guidance in the help
file for the MLO desktop app. If you know the project name, you can add the
switch -toprj<Project Name> after the text of your new task. I've never
tried that parsing switch on an iPad, but it should work for you.

If input parsing doesn't work well for you (sometimes it takes a couple of
goes to get it to enter right), then a quick way of moving tasks on the
desktop version (sorry, doesn't work on iOS) is to open a second MLO window
by pressing F3. You can drag and drop tasks from the Inbox in one of the
MLO windows into individual projects in the other window.

Another option, on the iPad, would be to set up a customer filter which
shows just the contents of the inbox and each of the active projects. With
the list filtered like this it will be much shorter and so it will be
easier to drag and drop tasks out of your inbox, into a particular project.

I hope one of these options works for you.

All the best,
Stéphane
