I'm using wifi to transfer, not cloud. But your help led me to look into 
the synchronization tab for wifi and explore, punch a few keys and, what I 
think did it, exited BOTH applications (pc and device), started them back 
up and they sync'd. Was it the exiting and restart? I don't know. But it is 
fixed and syncing as it should. Thank you again for your help.
